FBI Director Christopher Wray appeared before the House Judiciary Committee Wed. to testify on his handling of the agency.

Wray defended the FBI against several allegations, including claims that he "weaponized" the agency against conservatives.
Wray: "[The FBI is] made up of 38,000 men and women who are patriots, professionals, and dedicated public servants."
After his opening statement, Rep. Mike Johnson asked Wray whether the FBI censored conservatives on social media platforms.
Wray responded that he was focused on "foreign hostile actors who engage in...efforts to abuse our social media platforms."
California Rep. Zoe Lofgren accused the FBI of being "reluctant to do its job" in prosecuting Trump.
Wray was nominated to lead the FBI by former Pres. Trump in 2017. He is a registered Republican. (NYT)
Wray's FBI has prosecuted several Trump officials over the years, including Roger Stone, Michael Cohen and Paul Manafort.
