Alex Kack — AKA "Green Shirt Guy"— joined the pantheon of memes after a video of him laughing went viral.

Kack was seen laughing at pro-Trump protestors at a Tucson city council meeting on a sanctuary city ballot measure.

The ballot measure was approved. This Nov., Arizonans will vote on making Tucson a sanctuary city.

In these trying times, we all need a laugh.
