4. Pres. Joe Biden on Wed. announced the nomination of Deputy Labor Sec. Julie Su to be the U.S.'s next secretary of labor.

5. California Rep. Robert Garcia marked the start of Women's History Month Wed. with a House floor tribute to Beyoncé.
