Do some Kettle Bell Burger Swings

A little bit of Bicep Curls

Squat Press for good measure...

Work Those Abs!!!!

Don't stop...do some sit ups...

Finish off with some Burpees

Now aren't you fit!!!

Now celebrate...

And eat something...
