Hundreds of people marched in Kansas City, Missouri last weekend to protest the shooting of 16-year-old Ralph Yarl.

Yarl was shot in the head by 84-year-old Andrew Lester Thu. after he went to the wrong house to pick up his brothers. (Vox)

Yarl underwent surgery after the shooting; according to KMBC, Yarl is "alive and...healing."

Hundreds showed up in Kansas City over the weekend to march to Lester's house and call for justice for Yarl.

Yarl's father, Paul Yarl told Fox4 Sun. that his son "loves to play video games, play the saxophone."

Lester turned himself in to the police Tue.: he's been charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action. (NBC)
