Perform "The World's Greatest Stretch" ___on each side of your body.

Before you add weight to the bar, it is important to have proper STANCE.

Point your toes outward (5-20 degrees)

Squeeze your glutes keeping your entire body tight

Do not round or hyperextend your back

Hands should be placed on the bar just outside the shoulders. ___The closer that you can grip the bar, the better.

Now add weight. --Break at your hip and push your butt back. ----Back straight with your chest and shoulders up.

Breathe into your belly filling your abs and obliques more than your chest.

Squat down until your hip joint is lower than your knees. ____Drive up through the floor using the weight on your heels.
