Seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady announced his retirement Wed., capping a 23-year football career.

Brady announced his retirement in a video posted to Twitter Wed. morning: "Truly grateful for this day."

Brady: "I really thank you guys so much. To every single one of you for supporting me...I love you all."
