👤Co-Conspirator 1: Rudy Giuliani 📄 "An attorney who was willing to spread knowingly false claims."

Why Giuliani? Per the indictment, Co-Conspirator 1 called then-Arizona Speaker Rusty Bowers to discuss the 2020 election.

Bowers testified to the House in 2022 that Giuliani called him to convince him to overturn Trump's loss in Arizona. (CBS)

👤Co-Conspirator 2: John Eastman 📄 "An attorney who...attempted to...leverage the Vice President's ceremonial role..."

Why Eastman? Per the indictment, Co-Conspirator 2 floated several plans to get VP Mike Pence to overturn the election.

Pence's legal advisor Greg Jacob testified to the House that Eastman approached him with plans for Pence on Jan. 6.

👤Co-Conspirator 3: Sidney Powell 📄 "An attorney whose...claims of...fraud [Trump]...acknowledged...sounded 'crazy.'"

Why Powell? Per the indictment, Co-Conspirator 3 sued Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp over false claims of election fraud in 2020.

According to the NYT, Powell sued Kemp on Nov. 25, 2020; the case was dismissed on Dec. 7, 2020.

👤Co-Conspirator 4: Jeffrey Clark 📄 "A DOJ official who...attempted to use the [DOJ] to open sham election [probes.]"

Why Clark? Per the indictment, Co-Conspirator 4 reached out to state legislatures in an effort to overturn Trump's loss.

Who is Co-Conspirator 6? It's unclear, as of Thu.: per the indictment, the individual is "a political consultant."
