Espresso is to coffee as wine is to grapes: a pure, concentrated experience of the journey from seed to cup. As you gain experience, you can begin to taste whether the coffee beans grew in the same field as cinnamon trees or oranges. You can taste the decisions made by the roaster, to bring out the floral aromas with a lighter roast, or to emphasize the depth and body with a darker roast. And you can sense the exact temperature and pressure applied by your barista to bring out the coffee’s flavor and sweetness. Our quality obsession is a reflection of our love for great coffee.
