Johnny Buscema Jr. is the President and CEO of Safe Structure Designs, a Christian-based global leader in defense contracting known for its ergonomic safety-first support equipment tailored for the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, U.S. Coast Guard, and Special Ops. Since launching S.A.F.E. Structure Designs LLC in 2016 from Las Vegas, Nevada, he has led the company to prominence in the U.S. defense sector, focusing on designing, engineering, and manufacturing customizable solutions for military requirements. S.A.F.E.'s extensive product line supports air, land, sea, and space missions. Before founding S.A.F.E. Structure Designs, he was the President, CEO, and majority partner at All Metal MS. Under his leadership, the company tripled its gross sales and manufacturing output, rescuing it from the brink of bankruptcy. His early career in financial investing provided him with the expertise to manage cash flow effectively, cut costs, negotiate with creditors, and restructure company debt. In 2001, he joined John Hancock Financial Services, where his relentless determination propelled him to the top of the financial world. Three years later, leveraging his knowledge of financial investments and a strong family background in real estate construction, he opened Stylistic Designs Developers in Clearwater, FL, a firm specializing in residential, commercial, and medical facility construction, which continues to thrive. Born in Long Island, NY, and raised in Florida, he graduated from the University of Florida, where he was an outstanding hurdler on the men’s track and field team and aspired to compete in the Olympics. However, an injury two weeks before the trials ended his Olympic dreams. He has since returned to the sport by coaching track and field at various middle and high schools in Florida, Nevada, and Illinois. His swift ascent in finance led him to become one of the youngest financial executives to open a satellite branch for John Hancock in New Port Richey, FL. In 2010, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to partner with All Metal MS, focusing on safety equipment for the aviation industry. This experience paved the way for his vision at S.A.F.E., where he has delivered innovative safety and ergonomic solutions across various sectors, particularly for the U.S. Department of Defense. As a devout Christian, Johnny Buscema Jr. and his wife have supported numerous charitable initiatives, including building churches in underprivileged areas and distributing thousands of toys to children during Christmas in Las Vegas. For over 15 years, he has played Jesus Christ in a local drama, profoundly impacting over a million people and guiding them to a personal relationship with Christ through his performances.
