In front of the busiest square in Lagoa Seca, a slaughterhouse was set up to sell poultry, meat and fish. This was in 2000, when Sirigado do Pedro, the restaurant itself, did not yet exist. Due to its proximity to the heart of the neighborhood, the slaughterhouse became a happy hour point, where neighbors, residents of the region and friends started to frequent the place, no longer just to buy meat, but to chat.
