We all come from different reality and professions, each one of us has a peculiar path, but we are all united by love and passion for our land and its products. In this way Loliva’s story begins, today it is a constantly growing brand which brings togethers the best small local producers’ products of craft quality. We started with few producers, we did research, we met in person the small businesses and we tasted their products. The only we found really excellent became part of our selection of products. We want to make known flavors and excellences from our land, but we want event to promote the work of the ones, that day by day, with passion and love for the earth, produce wine, pasta, jams, sweet delicacies, creams, in other words, a complete product range of the Salento’s tradition culinary. However Loliva is much more than just this. We don’t only find out the best products of the local tradition, but we also love innovation. That’s the reason why we create new flavours matching different tastes and trying innovative combinations, which brings about original products of amazing taste.
