Astro’n’out is a Latvian pop-band founded in 2003 in Riga. It gained recognition with the song "Daļa Rīgas"(Part Of Riga). Astro’n’out have produced many radio hits:
“Gravitātei nē”, “Tici sev”, “Dejot trakāk”, “Multivitamīnu multipaka” and many more.
Astro’n’out have been nominated for the Latvian Music Record of the Year Award ("Latvijas Mūzikas ierakstu Gada balva" later "Zelta Mikrofons") for each album released so far - a total of six times. The last three albums have been made in close collaboration with producer DJ Rudd. In 2020, the group's sixth studio album “Multivitamīnu multipaka” won the “Zelta mikrofons” for the best Latvian pop music album of 2019. The composition "Haosā", created together with the band "Sudden Lights", has won the radio hit of the year award!
The band members are: Māra Upmane-Holšteine (vocals), Juris Kalnišs (guitar, electronics), Mārtiņš Elerts (guitar, electronics), Toms Poišs (bass), Mārtiņš Opmanis (drums).
