Founded in 1970, Ismet Steel-Steel Construction Contractor was converted into a limited company on May 3, 1988 and renamed Steel Construction and Construction Materials Industry and Trade Limited Company. The company carries out real estate projects, construction contracting, engineering, design and turnkey constructions. Currently, it mainly builds residential projects in Kadıköy and builds villas, business centers, hospitals, data centers, industrial facilities and infrastructure.
