The company The Brothers Ormsson was founded on December 1, 1922 by the brothers Eiríkur and Jón Ormsson and the company has been owned by their descendants more and less from the establishment until today. The original purpose of the company was the operation of an electric workshop, but soon the business developed in such a way that imports of products manufactured by AEG started, but the company has been the agent of that brand since 1923.
