Mission Meals Coalition is a community oriented collective made up of organizers, community groups and small businesses. We are dedicated to connecting SF Bay Area community members to food resources on a weekly basis no matter their zip code, housing, or immigration status. Through community engagement and cultural humility, we’re able to facilitate direct access to resources to meet the diverse communities, cultural health practices and languages of the people we serve. As a collective, we curate meals and groceries that are prepared and distributed to individuals and families. Mission Meals Coalition is for the people, from the people. We promote direct action to ensure that mutual aid resources are accessible to the community. We believe in the human right to access nutritious and quality food resources regardless of zip code, housing or immigration status. We believe community members are deserving of respect, dignity and the human right to access food. We work in partnership with individuals, collectives, and organizations that share our mission and values to create a coalition of advocacy and direct service.
