We are Gormetrics, a small German brand. We created our own pizza steel called Pizzastahl®. We fought our way through the European regulations on consumer goods, because items that come into contact with food are subject to strict rules in this country. Finally, in late 2014, we founded Gourmetrics to offer Pizzastahl® to other kitchen nerds and enthusiasts.
