ABOUT ME When two vocal cords and light blue eyes encounter a modern, melancholic, orchestral German pop sound, then you are talking about the Tyrolean "The Voice Of Germany" singer/songwriter Sara De Blue. Sara mixes “electro synth sounds” with traditional and Mediterranean sounds from her homeland and touches you with her silky, clear, melancholic voice. After the Austropop anthem, “Gemeinsam San Mia Österreich”, which she was able to record with Wolfgang Ambros, Klaus Schubert, STS and OPUS, among others, she landed several radio hits: such as “Tirol Tirol Tirol” and “Weiße Weihnacht”. Her song “White Christmas”, which was also shown as a TV “music tip” on Pro7, Puls4, Kabel 1, Sat 1, made it into the official Austrian airplay charts at number 19, and she landed with “Tirol Tirol Tirol”. straight to number 1 in the iTunes charts & number 1 in the TT hit parade. Her songs can also be heard regularly on the radio. The native East Tyrolean, who has performed in front of an audience of millions and is a regular guest on various TV and radio shows, won first prize at the international song contest TV festival “Golden Stag” in Brasov with Ronan Keating, among others. Sara was the first woman to sing the new Austrian national anthem at the 2012 Winter Youth Olympic Games in Innsbruck in front of 30,000 spectators in the Bergisel Stadium, took second place (out of around 1000 international applicants) at the Eurovision Song Contest preliminary round in San Marino and has already appeared as a guest singer at “Dancing Stars” and the ORF Licht Ins Dunkel Gala Show alongside Rainhard Fendrich, among others. Sara is currently working on new songs and her first Christmas album with well-known stars from the Austrian music scene.
