Born in Port-si-prince , Haiti on April 11, 1986, the Philanthropist, Actress, TV host, Attorney, Entrepreneur, Goodwill Ambassador, and now Singer, was crowned the first Miss Universe Haiti in 2010 (after a 22 year absence), as well as “Reina Hispanoamericana” in 2012. Bertin has worked tirelessly to lend her time and support to philanthropic organizations such as the International Alliance for Haiti's Recovery (AIRH), " Manitas en las Calles", "Catwalk for Charity”, among others. As a result of her altruistic and humanitarian undertakings, she was acknowledged and awarded a special prize at the African Oscars in 2013 (NAFCA) and a Humanitarian Award at the Motion Picture Association of Haiti (MPAH) Awards in 2013. Bertin was also named "Woman of the Year, 2010" by the Latin Awards in New York City. In 2011 she founded " Sarodj For a Purpose" her foundation, which main objective is to work with orphans and there education in Haiti. ​ In 2010 she starred in her first film, " The Voodoo List", discovered a new passion acting, and since then, the actress and model has starred in several movies such as “Mirror Mirror”,"Everybody Cheats ", "One Night in Vegas ", “Heartbreakers Revenge”, “Super Papa”, among others. In 2014, Sarodj Bertin started hosting TV shows, her first TVshow was “Aquí se habla español“ and “Telenoticias” in Dominican Republic, later on she also worked in “Blanca Morena TV show”, “Beach Slap”, and “Slope Slap” in the United States. Sarodj has always been very artistic , she recently discovered her hidden passion for music, and have been working hard all year to give her best and launch herself as a singer. She is a polifacetic woman , and as such there is no doubt she will succeed and be recognized worldwide for her role in the music industry.
