Hello! I recently had to go to the British Airways Boston Office and it was such a hassle-free and nice experience. Also, I was able to easily sort out a minor problem with my baggage allowance, which was nice. I've always had a wonderful experience with British Airways, and this trip reaffirmed why I use them for my flights.
