Nová Zbrojovka represents a multifunctional project, which will be created under the management of the real estate and investment group CPI Property Group (CPIPG) on the site of the extensive site of the former Zbrojovka in Brno, Czech Republic. Nová Zbrojovka is a newly arising neighbourhood district – modern, connected, sustainable, lively. A place for living, working, relaxing and entertainment will be built here on an almost unused 22-hectare brownfield by 2035. Simply a place for life. The project includes 2,500 apartments, 200,000 m² of office space and 100,000 m² of commercial and retail space and services. Approximately 20,000 people will be active here every day. To give you a better idea, this is slightly fewer people than the population of Vyškov. It will simply be alive here. In addition to offices and apartments, the development will offer be a new square, a cultural centre, a multifunctional sports complex, a school and preschools. Nová Zbrojovka will be connected to the surrounding area by a new bridge, the first to be built in Brno in 60 years. It will be traversed by an urban boulevard and a beautiful waterfront will be created along the river. Everyone will simply find their place here.
