Konstantinos Kefalogiannis was born and raised in Heraklion, Crete. He studied Law and Political Sciences and served in the Special Forces. He joined ONNED as Head of International Relations of ONNED Thessaloniki and worked at the European Parliament in 2019. In 2022 he was appointed Coordinator of Productive Sectors of the New Democracy and held many events and meetings throughout Greece.
