Born in 1980, after graduating from the Carlo Porta hotel school in Milan, I immediately worked in large kitchens, first of all that of Maestro Gualtiero Marchesi in Erbusco, later by Giancarlo Perbellini, by Carlo Cracco friend and generous man and by Antonino Cannavacciuolo.
