Nice Try is an animation collective consisting of the three directors Pia Graf (Berlin), Jack Zhang London) and Julia Müller (Berlin). We decided to team up in order to create unique short films, idents and music videos- all while having fun in a team! Our approach involves a visual ping-pong of ideas which leads to surprising, one-of-a-kind character designs and environments. During production, we split tasks according to our strengths and interests, often teaming up with other awesome artists from our international network.
