Awkwafina stars as Nora, an unemployed 27-year-old living with her dad, Wally (BD Wong), and her grandma (Lori Tan Chinn) in Queens, New York, while she inches toward adulthood and out of the shadow of her tech wunderkind cousin, Edmund (Bowen Yang).
