Prague College was conceived in late 2003 with an inspiring vision to create a university environment that understands the interconnected nature of business, IT and design. These are the three pillars on which the university was founded, and they quickly emerged as the core faculties, or Schools as they exist now. After initial research into the local environment, it emerged that employers were dissatisfied with the level of skills of graduates coming out of the Czech universities. We believed there was room for an alternative approach to teaching and learning based on the British university model. Prague College was born.
