Slync was born with Digital Natives in mind. It was created to tap into the mindsets of Gen Z and millennials. Our exploration of the market and behaviours of our customer base proved to us that the generation is ditching the conventional way of job applications and approaching companies via social media. Slync is a social hiring tool that candidates can use to highlight their talent and share their profile with the employer community. Employers are also able to spot potential hires through skill sets and personalities and promote their own company culture to Slync's talent community.
