Supervisor Jim Desmond is the San Diego County Supervisor for District 5. Jim is a U.S. Navy Veteran and a graduate of San Diego State University. During his time in the navy, he met his future wife Kerri! They have two kids who live in North County San Diego. Just last year, he retired after 33 years as an Airline Captain at Delta Airlines. During the pandemic, Supervisor Desmond was a major advocate for business and protecting people.
