Cooking in a traditional style since 2015 in food markets. We started growing our passion for the representation of what Mexican culture is, focusing on their flavours and aromas. Many of you have seen around our vintage hand-painted caravan, often parked up at local markets, private events, or concerts. Our casa, an ex petrol station located in Mount Albert, is a full Mexican Cantina experience. This home counts with 3 different areas. The entry is a covered open space with parking on front (dog-friendly area), were every Friday evening and Saturday morning the local Mt.Albert Market takes place. The inside of our Cantina will transport you straight to the spirit of Mexico with its unique interior of festive decor and bold artworks. And, last but not least, the backyard, well-known for its playground area for kids mixed with a chill vibe for grown-ups to enjoy. A relaxing spot, great for families. ​ Open from 7 am with Coffee Lab brews, makes it an easy stop-in on the way to work, passing by the drive-thru window. Taco Loco menu covers a wide range of dietary essentials, including gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. All of our salsas are made from scratch. On the other hand, the Mexican mixology at our Bar covers a full range of Tequilas, Mezcales, cocktails, beers, wines and more. A perfect venue to create a special moment enjoying its flavours and friendly atmosphere.
