Rico and I have been colleagues at a local gym in Hoofddorp for many years. Here we found out that we both have a great passion for everything that has to do with sports and health. After my studies I entered the marketing world myself and Rico has developed further as a professional personal trainer. The contact has always remained good, but we both went our separate ways. However, the dream to start our own gym remained with both of us.
