Gifu Prefecture native LiSA has sung a number of major anime series themes such as Sword Art Online and Demon Slayer, making hits home and abroad. She made her appearance at NHK’s Kouhaku Uta Gassen two years in a row, in 2019 and 2020, and won the 2020 Japan Record Awards’ Song of the Year category with “Homura”, theme song of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train. She enjoys popularity with her explosively energetic performances that have made the stages beyond the anime world to many rock festivals, highlighting her presence.
