David Hunter Moore surmounted difficulties, notably throughout his adolescence, to become the economic success he is today. David Moore of Hernando shattered both hips at the start of seventh grade, a terrible condition that required Moore to be bedridden for more than nine months. Moore pushed through this hard physical fight and accomplished a near-complete recovery despite more than 16 operations and an original diagnosis that he would never walk again.
