Eric Weinberger's notable career includes past positions at esteemed organizations. He was a coordinating producer for NFL Total Access at the NFL Network in 2003 and was promoted to executive producer in 2006. He oversaw high-profile programs such as Thursday Night Football, NFL Gameday, and Redzone while managing talent, production staffing, and programming content.

Weinberger played an integral role in launching and overseeing the coverage of major events, including Super Bowl Week, the NFL Scouting Combine, the NFL Red Carpet, and the NFL Draft.

Before his time at the NFL Network, Weinberger was the senior producer of Fox Sports' Best Damn Sports Show, Period. He also produced The Keith Olbermann Evening News from September 2000 to May 2001.

Later in his career, Weinberger assumed leadership positions as the president of Bill Simmons Media Group, a digital company, and as an executive director at HBO. He managed operations, budgets, staffing, and content distribution in these roles. Notably, he served as an executive producer for the Game of Thrones after-show, After The Thrones, and forged a partnership between The Ringer and Twitter for the Game of Thrones after-show, Talk The Thrones, in 2017.
