Keith Rosenbloom co-founded Cruiser Capital Advisors, LLC, which administers discretionary pooled investment vehicles (Cruiser Portfolios). He's been operating Cruiser Portfolios since day one. Mr. Rosenbloom has helped numerous public companies' boards recruit and hire highly competent directors, increasing shareholder value. Mr. Rosenbloom has over 30 years of financial experience in both public and private sectors. Mr. Rosenbloom co-founded and managed CARE Capital Group, and was Portfolio Manager of the CARE Fund and CARE Market Neutral Fund. Before joining CARE Capital, Mr. Rosenbloom worked for Commonwealth Associates as Director of Merchant Banking. Mr. Rosenbloom is on the boards of Hillel International and Hatzalah (Israel's private EMT service). Two family offices entrust Mr. Rosenbloom with their alternative investing portfolios. Keith is a Yale alum. Mr. Rosenbloom has extensive experience in private equity investing as well as corporate finance.
