Sunita Mani, Tallie Medel and Eleanore Pienta met while undergrads at Emerson College in Boston and discovered their mutual love of comedy and dance. Staples in the NYC comedy scene, there is no venue too big or small for Cocoon Central Dance Team. They’ve performed at small shows in the backs of bars, venues like The Pit and UCB, off-Broadway spots like Ars Nova, at BAM, in a geodesic dome at the MoMA @ PS-1, at the start of the New York City Marathon and on the road opening for Broad City Live.
