The 011 Athletics school offers classes in Capoeira, Jiu-Jitsu, Handstand, Mobility/Stretching, Kids Gymnastics, and Karate. We also provide workshops for coaches, including certifications in Capoeira, Karate, and Acro-Gymnastic.
