Gabriel Warren is a healthcare consultant located in Tallahassee, Florida. Before this role, he practiced law for more than 14 years at Rutledge Ecenia P.A., where he became a shareholder. His legal focus included civil, regulatory, and administrative law, serving clients in healthcare, medical marijuana, alcohol, and gaming. Born on April 6, 1984, in Tallahassee, Gabriel attended local schools and joined the International Baccalaureate program in high school. He later attended Duke University, graduating in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Minor in Political Science, and worked in the athletic department during his time there. Gabriel earned his law degree at Vanderbilt University Law School, where he received Dean’s Scholar recognition. He was active in Mock Trial, Moot Court, and the International Law Practice Lab, and served with the Legal Aid Society. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence in May 2010. During his studies, Gabriel gained valuable experience at The Constitution Project in Washington, D.C., as an intern for Judge Eugene E. Siler, Jr., and at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of North Carolina. He also worked as a Summer Associate with Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein in 2009, contributing to research and legal drafting. At Rutledge Ecenia P.A., Gabriel represented healthcare providers and businesses in regulated sectors. He helped clients navigate compliance, licensing, reimbursement, and enforcement matters, particularly in healthcare, gaming, and alcohol. Gabriel has been active in community service, supporting America’s Second Harvest, the Nature Conservancy, and the Legal Aid Foundation of Tallahassee. He also supports local schools, Duke University, and environmental groups. In his free time, he enjoys golf, fishing, travel, and time with his wife, Sarah, and daughter, Tinsley.
