About Us At the beginning of the 90s, the city of Santiago de los Caballeros required hotels that met the international standards of modern hospitality. Therefore, a group of entrepreneurs from the sectors of construction, real estate and land transport decided to join and develop what would be the first grand hotel in Santiago: El Hodelpa Gran Almirante, inaugurated on October 12, 1992. The receptivity of the market and the immediate success of this product led to the development of two new hotels in this city. With the purpose of creating unique hotels in excellent destinations, we continue our expansion in other cities of the country such as Santo Domingo, Bávaro-Punta Cana, Juan Dolio and Puerto Plata, which makes us today the most important hotel chain in the Dominican Republic.
