We initially started mixing the formula by hand from our garage, pouring it into tubs and applying the stickers manually and applied stickers. The balm is now blended in an ISO approved laboratory. Working from home is the perfect solution as it allows me to work flexi hours and still be a part of the daily household responsibilities. I like the flexibility of being able to respond to emails 24/7 and being hands on in all aspects of the business and as a start-up I think it is vital to allow for as much time as you can into growing a business.
