Dr. Candice Matthews Statewide Vice Chair is a passionate individual who has always been interested in helping others. After getting her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Master of Arts in Christian Education, and Ph.D. in Cognitive Development from Macedonia Bible College, she decided to continue her education by getting an MBA from the Mays College of Business at Texas A&M University. Dr. Matthews is the Chairwoman of the Board of Regents for Esteem Bible University and is also in the process of getting her honorary doctorate in humanities from Esteem Bible University. She is a strong advocate for civil rights and justice and is committed to helping the Rainbow Push Coalition achieve its goals.
