Our mission is to connect, support and empower women working in technology. Madrid is one of the world’s leading technology hubs and city with a growing startup ecosystem. We are here to ensure our members are given direct access to the best we have to offer. This includes access to top employers, careers, learning, and mentoring all with the purpose of empowering women in tech! Latinas in Tech (LiT) Madrid joined the amazing LiT network in 2021 to empower and connect women living and working in tech in the area, through events and programs focused on three key areas: - Professional development – growing and learning from each other, experts, and leaders in the local tech community. - Mentorship & Networking – building relationships to inspire and mentor, celebrating our accomplishments, and acknowledging everyday diversity and inclusion challenges. - Recruitment – connecting with local tech companies to help them diversify and find great talent from within our network.
