What began in 2016 with a single Instagram account, Catcalls of NYC, has become an international movement against street harassment. Catcalls of Graz (Austria) and Catcalls of Leoben are two of more than 70 related accounts which share experiences people had with street harassment. When those two decided to collaborate, it resulted in Bitter Nötig! A platform and a podcast about catcalling, gender stereotypes and womanhood in Austria. This space is dedicated to turn the topics that are discussed in our episodes into GIFs to help share our and our listeners experiences and raise awareness! <3
