During challenging periods, including the COVID-19 storm, Joe guided his teams through recovery, restoring occupancy levels and financial stability. Joe Mullins, Flagler, served as Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners, where he worked on initiatives related to broadband expansion, mental health funding, disaster recovery, and fiscal responsibility. He also served as Vice Chair on the National Association of Counties Broadband Committee, advocating for rural connectivity. In the media, Joe hosts the radio program “Live, Work, Shop, Play in Florida,” airing on Salem Media radio and online platforms.
