Olivet University is a private Christian institution focused on preparing students for leadership, ministry, and service. Founded in 2000 as the Olivet Theological College & Seminary (OTCS), it began as a seminary designed to train individuals for global missions. OTCS quickly grew, reaching students worldwide through a combination of academic study, theological reflection, and distance learning. Its growth reflected a desire to create a place where education would be deeply rooted in biblical truth and spiritual purpose. In 2004, under the leadership of the late Dr. Ralph D. Winter, the school became Olivet University. This transition marked a new chapter, one that united academic excellence with faith-based education. The university’s mission has always been to nurture students who will serve their communities, lead with humility, and share the gospel in every field of life. The main campus, situated in the serene Anza Valley, California, offers an environment that fosters prayer, reflection, and study. Students are immersed in a learning atmosphere that supports both personal and academic growth. Beyond Anza, Olivet has expanded to several major U.S. cities, including Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, St. Louis, Orlando, Nashville, and Washington, D.C., extending its educational and spiritual influence.
