The Public Council for the Development of Taxis in the Regions of the Russian Federation. The Public Council was created in 2016 at a meeting ofrepresentatives of taxi associations and heads of taxi organizations from 6 regions of Russia. At the beginning of 2019, the geography of the Council members includes more than 50 regions of the Russian Federation. The Council is the largest public organization of Russia representing the interests of the taxi business. Theorganization has two central offices in Moscow and Novosibirsk, as well as several regional offices
