The Call Center Series is a mockumentary comedy series about Rye Hemlock, a young Customer Service Agent working at Your Bank, a major corporate-owned bank. Rye often challenges entitled customers by offering sarcasm as a free service. He sometimes finds himself in complicated situations that result in learning experiences. During his 9 to 5 job, Rye heavily relies on the support he receives from his coworkers to find the courage to be his best self at work and in his personal life.
