Scott Robinson of Andover, MA, serves as the Director of Operations at Stuffed Foods LLC, a frozen food manufacturer. His work has included designing and configuring IT networks, setting up servers, routers, and workstations, and managing tele/data cables, data backup, and software installations. He has also supported rollouts of desktop, wireless, smartphone, and peripheral IT equipment. In addition, he led the company’s migration to Office 365 for all end users. He helped ensure the successful transfer of critical corporate data, including emails, shared calendars, business contacts, and company files. Before joining Stuffed Foods, Scott Robinson of Andover worked as the Director of Project Management at Eze Castle Integration, a provider of managed services, cybersecurity, and business transformation for mid-market financial services organizations around the world. From 2014 to 2017, he led the firm’s Project Management and Circuits teams for over three years. In that position, he managed 13 direct reports across a global 350+ staff and successfully oversaw 120 to 160 projects annually across seven office locations. His work included hiring, training, and developing team members, as well as providing strategic direction and daily oversight. He also created and led improvement efforts, including procedures and mechanisms that helped integrate processes across the system. The projects under his leadership varied in size and complexity and included cloud migrations, hardware upgrades, voice implementations, office buildouts and relocations, and colocation projects. In 2015, he received the Eze Castle Founders Award for his contributions to the company. Earlier in his career, Scott served as Director of Information Technology for Racepoint Group, which provides integrated communications services to clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. There, he managed the strategy and execution of all IT operations for the global 175-person communications agency, which had offices in seven cities. He supervised the implementation team and worked closely with management and outside vendors on contract negotiations, outsourcing, and service agreements. Scott also spent five years as Director of Information Technology at Todd & Weld, a 75-person Boston law firm. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, he helped support the firm’s productivity, security, and financial performance through technology planning and management. His work included systems planning, disaster recovery planning, vendor relations, contract negotiations, and software and hardware purchasing. He also participated in monthly management meetings and worked with the Executive Committee, the Executive Director, and other managers to support the firm’s IT goals. His hands-on IT career began at Donovan Hatem LLP, where he worked as a System Administrator for five years. In that role, he managed a 160-user network that included servers, switches, firewalls, phone systems, hardware, software, peripherals, and user support. He also led projects such as adding new ISPs and BGP, implementing VMware and EqualLogic SANs, upgrading phone systems, and implementing an online backup solution. He also helped plan and execute a remote office in NYC and supported the Boston office expansion to an additional floor. Scott attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he earned his B.S. in Sport Management in 1998. In 2001, he chose to study computer science at Clark University, where he focused on networking platforms and earned both A+ and Network + certifications. Outside of work, Scott Robinson of Andover enjoys the outdoors and takes part in activities such as fishing, hiking, crabbing, scuba diving, skydiving, bungee jumping, snow skiing, water skiing, boating, and rollerblading. He spent a lot of time in Cape Cod when he was young, and that experience helped shape his interest in outdoor activities. He also played hockey and lacrosse growing up. He ran the Boston Marathon twice, training for 16 to 20 weeks each time. Scott also enjoys concerts, sporting events, and traveling with his wife, Belinda. Together, they value the adventures and memorable experiences that travel brings. He has driven cross-country and backpacked through Japan, Thailand, and Europe, including England, Ireland, France, and the Netherlands. He has also lived briefly in Seattle and spent a summer interning in New York City. Scott Robinson of North Andover is also committed to giving back. He supports organizations such as the American Lung Association, the Pan-Mass Challenge, which raises money for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and the Alzheimer's Association.
