PT Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta (PT MRT Jakarta) was established on June 17, 2008, in the form of a Limited Liability Company with majority shares owned by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta. PT MRT Jakarta has a scope of activities including for the operation and construction of MRT infrastructure and facilities, operation and maintenance of MRT infrastructure and facilities, as well as the development and management of property/business at the station and surrounding areas, as well as Depots and areas around it.
