Founded in 2015, Plan C is a public health campaign to spread the word that abortion pills are safe, effective, and available by mail in every state in the US. They do this by doing research, publishing results and and catalyzing new routes of access to pills by mail, with a focus on individuals facing the highest barriers to care. Plan C is under the fiscal sponsorship of the National Women’s Health Network, a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
