Elton John Thanks Bands for 'Incredible' Tribute at Ohio State-Iowa Game

Elton John sent thanks and praise to the Ohio State Marching Band and Iowa’s Hawkeye Marching Band after a halftime tribute to the legendary songwriter during an NCAA matchup between the universities’ football teams in Columbus on October 22. On October 24, John retweeted a video of the tribute and thanked the two bands for performing with “incredible dedication with so much creativity!” The Ohio State University Marching Band replied: “We are honored!
